In response to an open brief, where the word 'connect' was provided as inspiration, I considered ways in which people arriving in Glasgow under Refugee status can connect to their new hometown. I created a physical welcome pack, providing some essential 'starter' information and an associated mobile app, which can be downloaded and used offline.
